Well if you read the post about coffee caffeine then you already know that the research and study of caffeine does not link to any types of related illnesses. However it all depends on what you choose to believe.

Personally I have decided to take those studies to heart and will continue enjoying my cup of coffee on a daily basis.

The fact is that even if you were to quit drinking coffee you would still find that you consume coffee in other types of products on a daily basis; such as teas, soft drinks, chocolate and thousands of other products that you may not even be aware of.

So just because you decided to give up coffee because you wanted to believe that coffee is bad for you; chances are you would have to take a closer look at your daily diet.

Research shows that as long as you consume a considerable amount of coffee on a daily basis then it is not bad for you. It can actually be a great stimulant that can help you accomplish more throughout the day. Of course if you were to drink a cup of coffee right before you went to bed; then you would definitely regret the fact that you did. You would most likely be tossing and turning all night long.

However the opposite is true in the morning. People who are not morning people swear up and down that their cup of coffee will get them up and going bright and shiny eyed.
