Does it seem that you only love to drink hot coffee on those cold mornings and when the temperature begins changing you come to the internet to find some ways on how to brew iced coffee? Well you are not alone; it seems that more and more coffee lovers are turning to ways to make iced coffee that they can enjoy on those hot humid days.

After all who wants to drink hot coffee when they get into their car and it seems as though they are going to scorch because of the heat index. Well I have found some great iced coffee recipes that will help you enjoy a nice cold cup of your favorite drink.

Here are some of the ingredients that you are going to need to begin enjoying a nice cup of iced coffee:

  • Ground coffee (medium-course grind will be the best for iced coffee)
  • Mix the coffee and water together until it is mixed properly. Let it stand on the counter at room temperature for at least 12 hours.
  • Take your coffee filter and strain out all the excess coffee grinds so that you are not drinking a bunch of grinds.
  • Fill a tall glass of your choice with ice cubes or crushed ice. Mix with equal amounts with the coffee that you let stand overnight and water till it tastes the way that you love it.
  • You can add milk or even whipped cream to add some more flavor to the drink.

Then sit back and enjoy this nice brewed iced coffee on a nice hot summer day. The best part is that it does not take a long time to prepare; of course you have to let it sit at room temperature for 12 hours; but the rest of it will only take a couple of minutes before you can enjoy your favorite drink.

So regardless of what the temperature does outside and if you want to enjoy a nice cup of your favorite coffee; then you can take out some nice glasses and serve your brewed iced coffee to your significant other or even guests who have come over to socialize.
